My work as a wildlife photographer began more out of convenience than a purposeful quest. For many years my primary focus was on capturing amazing night time images. Wildlife photography was fun and a way to maximize my downtime when I wasn’t shooting at night. I worked on developing an innate sense of timing to capture interesting and dynamic moments when an animal seemed to “strike a pose.” Two photographs were awarded the honors as Finalists in the Pop Photo International Photography Competition.
