Plateau Point Trail begins at Indian Gardens along the Bright Angel Trail in the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The one way distance to Plateau Point is 1.5 miles beginning at Indian Gardens. The panoramic view of the Colorado River is breathtaking and a perfect place for a picnic.
